Carl started his IT career in the early 90’s as a helpdesk tech. In the years that followed, he has held various positions in the industry before taking two years off to travel the world. His experiences gave him an invaluable view of work and life. 40 countries and 250 cities later, he returned to IT on his own terms. With a new perspective, he began his new company with one thing in mind, to make a difference–and that’s exactly what he did.
After spending years automating and integrating systems to reduce overhead, improve response time, and make IT simpler for everyone, his business quickly grew. Carl knew he needed more support staff, but he wanted to hire people based on qualities that couldn’t be taught. Qualities like honesty and integrity, drive and care for their work.
