1. Hired three new technicians in the past three months to assist our solutions delivery team in their endeavors to expertly implement, configure, and support innovative hardware and software for those we serve.
2. Added a dedicated service desk manager to provide the most responsive possible support, whether it’s remote or onsite, to those who have questions, concerns or issues needing troubleshooting via our service desk
3. Taken on more clients and more significant projects because as our reputation continues to thrive due to our raving clients, we’re seeing an increase in interest from organizations looking for expertly designed, implemented, and supported solutions.
4. Championed the modern workplace through our trusted vCIO service that allows organizations to offload the heavy lifting in terms of strategic planning, solution implementation, and ongoing support.
5. Won Canada’s Top 50 Best Managed IT Firms, which enforces that we are on the right track on running a lean and competitive business that can meet the challenges of today’s market.
