So I’ll start with telling you a bit about myself!
Let’s go back to where it all began…
First and foremost, I started my IT career in the early 90’s as a simple field helpdesk tech for DOCU.MAX Enterprises in Vancouver. Over the next 10 years, I did a bit of everything – I became a System Administrator, a System Architect, and an IT manager. When EveWire, the company I was working for, was purchased, I was offered a job to work in the states. Did I take the job? Nope, I decided to backpack around the world for two years instead! After traveling to over 40 countries, 250 cities, and writing two books on the subject, I decided to make my way back to IT; but I wanted to do it my own way.
Here’s the thing… traveling gave me a new perspective on the world and I didn’t want to be another cog in the wheel – I wanted to make a difference. I’ve seen and worked for companies that backstabbed, politicked, and lied their way to what they believed was the best way to do business. That’s what inspired me to create a company based on integrity and honor – and make sure that company could compete and succeed in today’s world.

We believe we have an edge over other IT support companies. Why? Because over the course of 15 years in business we have evolved to become more than a simple IT support company. So, how do I get the most money I can from clients? I’ve worked it out over the years: every time a client calls, I need to dispatch a tech or do work, and naturally, that costs me money. So I’ve created a system where we proactively resolve issues before they happen, thereby reducing the need for anyone to call upon our IT services! Plus, since we charge per seat, we now have the time to actively find ways of growing your business and staff in the process (instead of fixing the broken).
Here’s how we do it:
- We create an IT plan with you that will reduce any unexpected surprises, and as your business grows, we make sure your system supporting your business stays effective and responsive.
- We provide unlimited 24 hour IT support to keep your staff continuously productive, which keeps your business earning more money, and ultimately, grows your business/staff
- We designed a robust monitoring system and if we notice a potential issue, our system will automatically apply the fix or alert our remote team ASAP.
- We perform proactive maintenance on your system, each month, and our staff invests the time to cover dozens of system checks per server to stop problems before they occur.
- We build a solid and supportable network for you and your staff. If downtime occurs, we’ll call upon your hardware/software vendors to fix it.
