System Administrator: You maintain the servers and network which is critical to a business’ survival. Also, you investigate new ways to improve your current system as the business changes.
Help Desk: You excell in providing one-on-one IT support for staff on a wide array of end-user technical needs. You are also focused on quick resolution of desktop and minor networking issues.
